Dazza, do these come made to measure, ie:no cutting?

I'm looking for one just like yours m8, looks well smart.

I assume that they are externally fitted?

What's availability?

Cheers.

Si.

any colour . . ive just fitted silver to a mates front and back
he went for 6" front and 8 rear
he had WRX logo in the corners and SUBARU in the middle
on his silver car it looks awesome , , the strip will have to be put on then cut
really is simple,so long as you have a steady hand for the cutting.

doesnt look as though this GB is gonna take off so he's told me to inform people
to e-mail him and he'll do them for the price on the opening thread £11 each or £20 pair DELIVERED FREE . . .
really is top quality vinyl
ask for the logo of your choice, colours and depth sizes
my front is 8" and thats probably borderline legal , passed MOT on so should be fine

mail to laaustinl@aol.com
tell him its scoobydazzas group buy on scoobynet for them prices

Thats the rear one fitted... made a bit of a mess of it though not sure I'm happy with it may have to get another and try again.. I followed the instructions, but they are a bit of a pain to fit and get rid of the air bubbles aren't they.. or maybe I used to much water.. either way, I'm know its user error - I need more practice.. will get photos done later

I received mine. I agree they look the nutz. Bit dubious of trying to fit them though. I'm useless at things like that. Might pop round to my local sign shop and see if they will do it for me......

I did the opposite. I don't think I put enough water on. Tried to peel it back up after I got bubbles which would not rub out and it tore in bits. So I did not even attempt to fit the rear one.

Spen, did you get someone else to fit the rear one then or are you not bothering?

I did the rear and I am going to attempt the front unless someone can recommend where I can them fitted cheaply by someone who knows what they are doing. I had water bubbles hence I think I used too much.

I do love the look of it on the car though

use loads of water for the strip itself . . you should have enough on it so its moveable once on your screen , , for fine tuning
it can be done by 1 person but if you haven't got experience then get 1 or2 folks to help
then squeegee all the water out and it will stick with no bubbles or creases . .

when you put the letters on,i find that bit easy . . use NO water . .
get some masking tape to run across the whole width of the top of the backing then position it,leaving the backing on, then wot i did was get some scissors, cut between the badge and the S and peel the backing off then slide it down so it sticks, then i cut between the U and the B and do 2 letters at a time.
basically i use the masking tape, any tape will do,as a hinge.and to position it
hardest bit for me was cutting the exess off the strip as my strips are white and the screen surrounds are black, any slight mistakes are exagerated.
mine look good from a distance but a bit shabby close up lol
if i do mine again then ill do them black, front and back.cant notice the crap cutting then
