Possible H&S Backbox Group Buy
Been in contact with Ian at H&S.
Testing the water for a GB for a 4 1/2" backbox. Says he can beat the price for Scoobytek's similar 4 1/2" BB (which he says is lesser quality). Their price is £199 inc VAT.
Haven't got a definite price yet, hoping Ian gets back to me tomorrow.
I've got a pic on SIDC that Ian sent me, you can see it here:

Add your name if interested.

I like the picture of my car.

The exhaust is excellent quality, and the fit is perfect.
Sounds awesome, atleast my kids know when I arrive outside their school.

Justin, if you're happy to commit to the group buy then could you add your name to the list here? I think P+P was mentioned at around £15 but if we could get ours sent up together we could perhaps save a few quid.
Fraga, from my (very limited !!) knowledge i think the design of the backbox for the two cars is slightly different. However, the group buy is for the exhaust and AFAIK isn't specifc to model of Scooby so no reason why you shouldn't be able to have one if you want one? Again, stick your name on the list if you're keen.

Will add you right now buddy, would you prefer a straight or angled exit?

trying to make up my mind about the exit, going to look for some pics to get an idea how the angled exit looks on the car.
Do you have to modify the rear bumper if you opt for the angled exit
Which rig are u on.
I'm offshore on the Brae Bravo just now, choppers eve though

Brae Bravo. I'll give you a wave from the Miller tonight buddy. Small fecking world...
I'm not sure about adjusting the size of the tailpipe as that is kind of integral to the overall design of the exhaust itself. If you put a smaller tailpipe on it wouldn't really be a jap-style exhaust any more if you know what i mean?
You don't have to modify the bumper for the angled exit no. This is the style Andy, Paul (other group buy members) and myself have all opted for.
B4RSK - i'll stick you on the list with the request. I'm sure Andy or Paul will ask the next time they call Ian.

E-mailed Ian today to ask about the Legacy. He said they are a lot different to the Impreza and as such couldn't do it for the same price. Sorry b4rsk.
And jmc, regarding a smaller exit, Ian said this, and I quote "we only do the jap style in 4.5 " it looks a bit daft in 3.5 ". So it's 4 1/2" all the way I'm afraid. You still in for one then??
Anyone else interested??
Andy.

To be honest, I don't think 10 is realistic, maybe only if we run the GB until Xmas
If you're up for one dpb, add your name to the list on SIDC. As soon as we've got a definite 5, I think we'll be going ahead with this. It's been going nearly 2 weeks, and I get a bit impatient You could be the magic number 5 dpb
If you're not registered on SIDC, add your name to the list here, and I'll sort out the SIDC one.
Cheers,
Andy.

2. Scooby23 - 93 WRX
3. Carl Davey - 98 UK
4. Possibly jmc 1968 once I find out if he wants the 4 1/2" exit.
