It may well be luck of the draw whether your item gets picked up by customs. I've bought a boost gauge from the US and not paid but when importing a rare RC car into this country from China I got stung for about £50.

Best way if possible is to send the item in another box other than the original and claim its 2nd hand.

Also, you can declare the item as only costing £100 and paying customs on £100. The down side to this is that if the item is lost you are only covered for £100.

Delivered to the door brand new for £170 isn't bad going though.

Testing is almost complete for my website and it will be up on the Internet later this month and advertised on Scoobynet accordingly. The website is stiracing.com (not valid for use yet). Until the website is ready i can offer you the HKS SQV dump valve for the Impreza as follows:

Prices are based on the current exchange rate for the GBP(£) to the HKD($). Prices include postage and packing to a UK address.
