On the motorway last night as i accelerated down the on ramp i noticed a slight hesitation then a couple of miles later the cel starts flashing and it feels like the car is running on three cylinders.When i got home lifted the bonnet there was a loud ticking coming from drivers side of engine.All my gauges were reading normal
Any ideas ???

 

read the fault code, why guess ?

 

 

Sorted.
A coilpack had come off and the one next to it was loose.
Will the fault code need removing?
