feels like no boost

Default feels like no boost

I peeps
had my engine rebuilt
ran it in
but now feels like no boost
gauge goes to 1.0bar but feels like no boost feels flat
checked all pipes and cant see anything wrong

Do you wreckon cause
I been driving off boost for ages that ecu
has learnt to my driving so holding boost off
been driving on running in mode for last 1000 mile

Sticking brakes (has car been stood a long time during rebuild), handbrake left on (had to ask), clutch slipping, have you reset the ecu (what year/model)?

Clutch brand new and brakes all free
I havent reset ecu
since runnin car in
I have heard subaru ecus learn to the way you drive
I have took it to 3000 rpm at most on running in

my 00 turbo 2000
fitted brand new maf as scooby clinic told was goosed
and have just been plodding around to run it in
