Default up-pipe leak

right had my car on rollers a couple of weeks back. it was running fine on cruise but very rich on WOT. it was also about 30bhp down on power.

i have just found out today after tinkering with car. that the up-pipe is leaking when i rev the engine...

now would the up-pipe leak cause all these problems running rich and down on power?

also what is best option for replacment. car is a 2001 bugeye wrx
