Headlight Washer

My 2008 Sti drivers side Headlight Washer has stuck in the open position this morning. Tried to push it back in but no luck.

It still sprays and the passenger side is working fine. Does anyone have any ideas how to sort this?

Frozen up ? don't be tempted to push it back down it will drop when it thaws out.

That's the only issues we ever see
