Default Help my car is not running right.

Hi all
For some reason my car is not running right. It is really hesitant. I have had a new airflow meter, knock sensor, coil pack, leads and plugs, turbo inlet pipe, and it was still the same then it started over boosting sometimes going over to 20psi so today I have bought a turbo smart boost controler and the boost is running around 10-12 psi but the hesitation is still there like it have no power. Anyone have any ideas.
Many thanks

What kind of hesitation is it? And what car? Are the plugs gapped properly?
