Help my car is not running right.

Default Help my car is not running right.

Hi all
For some reason my car is not running right. It is really hesitant. I have had a new airflow meter, knock sensor, coil pack, leads and plugs, turbo inlet pipe, and it was still the same then it started over boosting sometimes going over to 20psi so today I have bought a turbo smart boost controler and the boost is running around 10-12 psi but the hesitation is still there like it have no power. Anyone have any ideas.

I have to ask, what car and and any faults showing via check light or similar on a newage.

R reg impreza turbo2000 no the only two that was showing was airflow meter and knock sensor so I changed them both.

Ye and everything else. The only thing I have had second hand was an idle control valve

Heck all the vacuum hoses are connected properly and to the right places, you may find the ones leading from the boost solenoid to the turbo have popped off or become disconnected.
