Eveing all, after changing my turbo on my 2004 version 8 newage Sti, when fitting the silicone inlet pipe to the turbo it joins at a funny angle as I've seen on a few other newage cars.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this scenario as the pipe looks a little kinked and not truest round.

Just wondered of other newage owners can put a few pics up from above where the inlet pipe meets the turbo?

I've got a pic off wr1 owners club where a bloke had the problem with the angle the samco inlet meets the turbo etc.
I've got a pic to show you what I mean with the way the inlet pipe comes under the inlet mani and doesnt line up true with the turbo as that is offset to the inlet line.
Here is the pic, standard vf35 never been removed off the car

Anyone else had this probelm or have the same issue, it's like th turbo needs to move over slightly by about 10/20mm or rotate a few degrees to pic up the inlet pipe truly square.
