Default Remap advice.

Planning remap on my scoobie soon.
It's a 06 blob eye sti PPP.
Am I correct in saying it has a walbro 255 fuel pump fitted as part of the PPP upgrade?
I was planning fitting a 3" decat turbo back exhaust, NGK heat grade 7 spark plugs and also upgraded panel filter.
What would be a good choice of panel filter?
Also would it be worth doing anything else prior to remap?
Planning to get Andy Forrest to do the remap.

Thanks in advance.

Possibly replace the fuel pump as it is nearly 8 years old and they do get tired. When was the fuel filter last changed could be worth replacing it if near change time.

Not sure when the filter was last replaced to be honest, I've only had the car about 8 weeks. I does have fsh. Was going to have the car services in the next 2 weeks anyway and have all fluids and filters changed.
Good point about replacing fuel pump, worth it for peace of mind.

'Green Cotton' panel filters are good.

Have you any future plans for modifying the performance, as it would be cost effective too go up to a higher spec pump.

Wouldn't plan to go much higher to be honest.
Don't want to get to the stage where I'm just waiting for things to break lol.
