Default Simple dumb question

I guess I know the answer to this but I'm going to ask it anyhow...

Should there be a gasket between the TMIC and the OEM dump/ recirc valve

Mine does not have one, will this cause me issues??

Cheers

I believe the STI TMIC comes with a plasticy gasket adhered to the intercooler itself... WRX ones have a metal gasket...

Probably, yes. I had a boost leak once on my DV gasket, turned out the adapter plate had a very slight curve to it and it wasn't fully sealing. I wouldn't say I noticed but it just didn't feel quite right if you get what I mean, sorted the leak out and then I could really tell that it hadn't been right.
