Default anyone have a boost pill??

hi guys, having a boosting problem with my bugeye sti so had the car along to a local specialist who took off the boost pipes etc and found no boost pill. the car is only boosting to 0.5-6 bar which i know is commonly limp mode type boost levels, but we,ve had a code reader on and theres no codes thrown up. he tried running a vac pipe from actuator to housing but its still boosting the same? the previous owner was my boss and he put cheap fuel in at asda when he bought the car and took it back to the subaru dealer he bought it from as he got an eml on due to the crap 95 ron fuel (i assume). the car has paperwork for an ecutech remap to 300 bhp so im guessing would have been mapped for v power. so garage had it back and put the light off but a day later it was back on so they had it back again for a few days this time. he gets it back and all is fine but the hks ssqv dv is now not blowing off or sounding. local specialist has looked it over and cant see any obvious problems apart from no boost pill. he did suggest that the cat has maybe got blocked due to heating up with being run with the crap fuel. so a couple of questions: whats the likelyhood of that happening with the cat? isnt there a cat on fire sensor that would pick that up if its happened? could the dealer have put the light off and cleared the history as my guy said he could check the codes history but when he checked it was cleared? would a blocked or burnt cat stop the car boosting to this level? i also thought running a vac pipe from actuator to compressor would have seen more boost ie wastegate pressure at least but is that because there is no boost pill in place? finally would anyone have a boost pill they could give (or sell) to me? and are they a standard size hole between wrx and sti etc? sorry for the long winded post and hope someone can help with the boost pill or have some ideas to pass on. cheers.

Hi mate i have a selection of mig welding tips. Which i purchased for same reason. As have had similar problems. They work perfect and are perfect size.. Im unsure of standard size for sti??

I have a 1mm in mine. but have 0.6, 0.8, 1mm sizes i can send you one of each if you like. And try each size to you get correct boost level...

Or if you dont wanna wait the machine mart sells them.. Get the thinner type and will fit perfect...
