Default Quick question regarding uk to import ecu swap

Right I know I have to swap crank and cams wires and move fuel pump wire ( to immobiliser pin) to fit uk ecu into my import,

What about the key?

What else needs swapping over?

Do I need the key aswell from donar car and ignition barrel?

And my import already has a alarm and immobiliser already fitted? (Laser lite)

Do I carry on and swap the fuel pump into immobiliser pin and just use the key off donar car to start?

I'm guessing immobiliser is built into my ecu on uk car a it's my97
