Hi all, i have two ej20 blocks to make a good one and i made a tool to take the piston gudgeon pins out....first engine was fine all pins and pistons out then a few weeks on i wanted to take them out of the other engine but found that they are diff pins the holes are a lot smaller...anyone got round this without the tool? thanks

Use a long flat blade screwdriver from the opposing side to tap the pins through, much easier than all that making tool stuff.
