2007 RB320.

The other day i started the car and all was normal. Drove 100m up the road to the shop. when i switched the car back on the CEL light didn't go out. drove about a mile, switched the car off, switched back on and the CEL was still on. let tick over for 5 mins. switched off and back on and cel was still on. Switched off then back on and the CEL went out like normal. The light has gone out after starting like normal for the past few days. Bought myself an OBD2 reader. Plugged in and got 3 codes.

and i think the 3rd was P2009.
says intake manifold runner stuck closed bank 1 and 2.

Is this the tumbler valves and is it anything to worry about ?
I have erased the codes and will see if they come back.
