Default Up pipe

I'm wanting to change my up pipe as mine seems to have failed at the flexi joint. It's already a decat up pipe. Are there any particular pipes to go for? My car is running around 260bhp at the moment and I'm aiming to go to about 300bhp shortly once I iron out a few other issues. Oh and it's a UK T2000 classic.

Thanks

The standard uk2000 up-pipe if fine for your power goal and more. When you say decated? The uk2000 never had a pre cat they didnt start till 2001 with the uk wrx

Ah, I didn't know they didn't have a pre cat fitted as standard! Ideally I'd like a solid pipe without the flexi joint so it doesn't fail again soon. Think I've found one from one of the traders on here too

Do yourself a favor and get a slip jointed up pipe instead of the original one... They're quite old now and will eventually split again. It must be OEM size thought. 46-47mm for spool purposes. Harveys would be the best of the bunch now sold my Alyn@AS perfomance... Ive got scorpion like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Stainless-...item2ec3a93bda , its expensive but quality item. If i had to buy it now i'd go for Harveys one...

Agreed, get the Harvey one from A S Performance.

Then, if you do go to 300, you'll see the benefits in spool.

WOW £180 for a Scorpion generic one.........will have to think about putting the "Harvey Smith" ones up in price as they must be exceptional value for money at the minute.....

It doesn't look so bad, I had everything but the up pipe off mine recently, that only left a couple more bolts to undo. The only thing to go wrong is seized bolts I guess
