Not overly sure, ask if they are offering pics of the rebuild plus the engine number etc, the only thing that sounds suss there is "easy rebuild", which ok engine out not too bad but what is causing the knock? For me it was crank but loads of other members can put it down to bearing.
just be careful try and keep bids low don't want to see you get let down....
