Default vf28 swap . . .

Firstly how much is an ihi vf28 known to be able to flow? Secondly what turbo can I bolt straight on in its place to my existing mani and exhaust

If we are talking straight replacements with no other work/mapping required, a vf24/28/29 would be about it.

I'd go with a VF34 or an SC36, a decat and a map tweak Roy !

in that case, vf22,23,24,28,29,34,35 td05 etc etc the world is your oyster!
Anything bar twinscrolls really.
vf24/28 is what Im running and it happily runs 18/19psi at peak and I have it tapering down to 15 at redline.

On a serious note martyn, have you had much dealing with the sc38 or sc40? Been toying with the idea of one of the two but would like a real opinion on them and not biased reviews

Yes, they're both great. I'd go with the 38 if you're not looking to stroke it yet as it will spool beter on your factory standard 2 litre engine.
