hi, ive been looking at good turbos to upgrade my96 wrx with, ive seen vf34/5 are good options, however most ive seen are front entry,mine is top, whats invloved if able to modify it to top, is it just getting a prof to weld a up pipe part on to it?

Fit the turbo and fit a later inlet pipe.

Or a 90 degree silicon pipe and a hose joiner to use your existing set up.

You can't just swap the turbo though, you'll need bigger injectors etc.

doh, didnt think of that! cheers, yellows will be ok,? would a td05 20g be worth looking at?
