Default heaters not hot

Just v2sti hwaters dont get hot has after market temp gauge reads about 70c
possible thermostat stuck open or left out??
Any thoughts??

Yes mate i no on some cars heaters dont work well with no thermostat.
Also can the heater swith s dash play up??

No leaks in or outside as level has not dropped no coolant smell inside either.

Sounds like you might have a blockage pal, get some rad flush through it..
I take it your heaters don't even get warm after a good drive?

def sounds like you have a air lock in heater pipes.if you feel the heater pipes that come through the bulk head if they are cold take one of them off and let the water come though the pipe end of the heater till it get warm then refit hope this helps
