Default Bolt size to hold fans on Rad, overflow pipe, and Samco turbo inlet??

Hi guys after the bolt size for the fan shrouds on a 1995 Import, the ones that bolt the fans to the radiator. As I'm after some ally anodised ones.

Also on the Early classic, there is a water pipe from the main water tank, through to the overflow tank. Can you replace this part, or is it just best to get a length of silicone hose??

I'm thinking a length of Silicone hose and some P clips, but if I can get a replacement metal pipe it may be better.

Also is there anywhere you know of that will sell one pipe from a Samco hose kit?
I'm after the hose that goes onto the TD05 90 degree inlet, that is itself a 90 pipe with 2 oil pipes going into it, and a pipe (usually blocked off) to the Recirc Valve. Its the top right in this pic.

I do not need the other pipes as I've a Front Mount Intercooler, and a HKS Resonator delete pipe, so this is the only bit I need, and I don't want to spend £120 for 2/3 of the kit to never be used.

The bolts are, iirc, M6 x 20

Forget alloy, buy stainless at a quarter the price, and ten times the strength.

You can also use the same bolts on the top and bottom brackets for the rad: the four corners.

Cool cheers, yeah realised after that ally weren't going to be up for it.

But I need a couple so off to the nuts and bolts specialists, to see if they have anything to match.

Just leaves the two pipes now.

Most bolt and nut stockists, (search for your nearest on www.yell.co), will do stainless in small quantities, and most sizes, including cap-head (Allen key head).
Ask for stainless washers too.

I've also had penny washers from screwfix, and have sourced all sorts of stainless stuff off ebay, from those bolts with a skirt, to ones with a built-in loose washer, to long screws for replacing the ones in my electric headlight adjusters.

With a bit of patience in the search, ebay is your friend.

My local stockist has never charged me more than £2 for a handful of bolts, screws and washers.
