Default Cambelt Change under 30k miles?

Just after a little advice please.
My Impreza last had the cambelt change under 30k miles ago. The problem is that was back in 2008. Would you recommend I have it done again now due to the age even though its nowhere near the mileage yet?
Cheers

Timing belt is every 5 years or 50k on the 2003 sti
