Default Prodrive exhaust gasket ?

I have just had a Prodrive back box delivered and it looks like the center pipe will need to have a cone type gasket fitted for it to mount properly. Please can some tell me if a normal center section is able to take a cone gasket at the back box end. At the moment the 2 flanges are butted together with a normal gasket. Don't want to change them over till I ave the correct parts.

Thanks Neil

Strange as it looks like there is no place for a normal gasket, it goes in like its for a cone gasket. Will post pics tomorrow
Thanks Neil

Centre pipe takes a cone gasket at the downpipe end, flat, as mentioned at the backbox end.

Do you think it will still seal with a flat gasket. I have opened a case on ebay so lets see what happens
Thanks

Would probably deal okay, what I would do is make a metal plate the size/shape of a 2.5" gasket and put that on too, so the gasket isn't overhanging inside the pipe.

As above the gasket may burn away. Worth trying though as the flow will be from the centre section which should cover the gasket a little.
