WRX Sport cat options
Hi All
Recently purchased a Std WRX 2003
I am looking to get a little bit extra bhp without remaps/ injectors et al
So is a sport cat an option and are there any that fit my standard WRX exhause system, i would imagine a prodrive item would be ideal however hard to find up for sale, are there any other options?
All input appreciated thanks
Chris

Loads of sport cats in the market other than prodrive. Are you looking at 100cell cats? Are you taking about the downpipe cat? Or centre cat? Why not get it remapped? You wouldn't need to change the injectors for a stage one set up,

100 cell 200 cell? not sure however i imagine the 100 is less restrictive so would prefer a 100 cell, im thinking a downpipe and strip out the other cat
Sports cats seem to be typically 3" [could be wrong] i am looking for something to match upto my std 2.5" exhaust
My insurance co i don't think will approve of big exhaust / remap
Sorry if the above contains many factual errors
