Default Rubbing sound after disc change

After changing my rear discs and pads today I now have a loud srapping sound from one of the wheels. I think its from the brake shoes for the hand brake as when you drive its there and does not change when braking. It does change and stop when you lift the hand brake up half way.I have taken the new discs off and have slackened the shoes off and am able to put the disc easy so the shoes are not against the disc. I did have to force the old disc off on this wheel, are there any bearings i could have damaged. Please help its doing my head in

Thanks Neil

Check the back plate isnt scraping on the disc. Just bend it away a little from the disc if its touching

Should you be able to turn the rear wheels by hand if they are jacked up
