I know this seems like a stupid question, but I'm gonna be buying a new sti here pretty soon and I was looking at mods and I was particularly interested in the Stage 2 Cobb Tune Package for like 2 grand online.

Am I right in thinking that I can buy this for my stock car and install the downpipe, catback, and AP and it will be considered stage 2 then?

Also, if that is what it means, would recommend going that route as a start to modding this car?
