new age fault code?

new age fault code?
ok so waiting on mapping day on the 27th of this month with Andy Forrest and trying to get the car right.
blobeye sti and coming up with a fault code p0519? never seen before?
is idling very high, then when I read ecu and clear fault idle drops again to normal, then a few seconds later cel light back on and idle heads away up to 1800rpm again and same code back.
got me stumped this one all help appreciated
billet 20g added
pe 650cc injectors added
ported up-pipe and headers
solid turbo inlet and catch tank, heads and crankcase
hdi fmic
bailey chav valve
boost gauge
everything else was already mapped in
3" full from turbo
3 port
adjustable fpr hard wing kit with k&n

DTC P0519 - IDLE CONTROL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION (FAIL-SAFE)
DTC DETECTING CONDITION:
Immediately at fault recognition
TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
Engine keeps running at higher revolution than specified idling revolution.

Here are the steps if you want to do the step-by-step inspection yourself before taking it in. If you recently changed your air filter, check your air box and see if it is seated correctly. It can be that easy or adjustment of throttle cable, loose or cracked vacuum lines, cracked gaskets or worst - idle air control solenoid.
1. Check for loose installation of intake manifold - particularly the unit that house the air filter
2. Check for cracks on intake manifold
3. Check for cracks on gasket of throttle body
4. Check for cracks on gasket of idle air control solenoid valve
5. Any vacuum hose disconnected or leaking?
6. Check throttle body cable for excessive play
7. Check the bypass air line for foreign particles that can clogged the system

The most common cause on the newage is the idle air control solenoid valve sticking. It's a very common fault on them.
A good clean with petrol or brake cleaner type solvents along with some cotton buds soon sort it out. It's only 2 screws to remove and you will soon see if it is that or not, they are usually full of black gunk which cause it to stick.
There's plenty of tutorials about if you google it. Main thing i would recommend is that you get a new seal for it before you remove it. It's a formed o ring type seal and as soon as it's disturbed it won't fit back in it's recess.
