Default Coilover fitment

Been looking for coilovers lately, not got a huge amount to spend so am looking at good nick 2nd hand ones,
Seen a set of tein's im intereted in for a classic,
I have a blobeye wrx, the Pcd is the same so that's okay,
Been told the fronts fit straight on and on the rears I can use my oem shock top mount plates and use them on the coilovers for the rears?
Is this correct? Any info much appreciated thanks

It is correct, but the rears will sit very low and cause your tyres to rub on the arches.

Not initially. But it depends on the spring rates, classics usually have a softer spring rate as they are a lighter car, so when hitting bumps/pot holes in the heavier newage cars they tend to have a longer deflection.

Hi I would fit them myself, but for alignment etc there are many good people.depending on where you are located.just make sure you get someone go does Subaru alignments on a regular basis and know what they are doing.
I know Powerstation in Tewkesbury are meant to have the best facilities in the country and are very good at what they do ;-)
