yesterday i fitted a hks ssqv my dad had lying round, its genuine

the car seems to respond alot better to the valve but it sounds ****e,

i take it these are held closed by boost while the oem one is held shut by vacuum,

has anyone run the hks as a recirc?

or any one recommend a good recirc valve?

The new turbosmart recirc is a good bit of kit if your looking to go away from non OEM.
