Boosting issues.
I have a 95 wrx import and it seems to be having some boosting issues, I recently fitted the engine and all myself and much to my own surprise I managed to get it running and driving nicely.
Problems come on start up, it seems to take a while to get it going, it starts and then the revs drop and it dies, does this for about 10 turns of the key and then it's ok, bit sluggish but fine when it warms up. The second issue comes when you floor it, it seems just as the turbo is about to kick in it does and you have to let off the throttle!
Any body with any ideas what the problem could be?

I got the whole engine as a drop in job from another identical car, standard injectors yeah! I was thinking a vacuum problem but I couldn't find a very exact diagram of where all the pipes should be.

What is the other part below the boost solenoid, where other vacuum pipes go, I know this is very vague but I'm struggling with this vacuum pipes still, simply just don't know where there all meant to be going?
