When the alarm is on it will automatically shut the windows. The drivers door window is not going all the way up on the runners properly and when it reaches near the top you can see it is out of line and is clicking on the window quite hard and I'm worried the glass may break.

I've taken the wing mirrors off in case it was a screw in the way or something but it hasn't cured it.

I'm kind of stuck with how to get to the runners, is it a common problem? It has ripped the top of the rubber where the wing mirror goes.
