Standard cars run the 6, You would be best to go for the 7's on a modded car IMO.

As above. My garage always recommends the 7's as it's modified. I'm sure i have heard of people running 8's but this could just be for new age.

I've got a sports cat 3" system and panel filter, planning on having new ECU soon.

Not sure if i should go for NGK PFR7B or PFR6B.

Any props and cons?

No cons with using PFR7B's, so if you're getting a map might as well switch over to them

Just hoping the 7`s sort my little niggles out after my remap the other day, cold start it hunts from 1500 to 1000 for a min or 2 until it settles, a misfire on hard accleration when warm now and again. Fingers crossed tho

Changed because they needed to. General servicing.

That said, the old ones were working fine anyway - no misfires or anything.

Im not sure what you will really gain from the 7s at that stage of spec if honest.

Theres so much debate on this it makes it hard to know.. the PPP is 305bhp standard.. ive heard so many people say sny lightly modded scoob shld run 7's... well technically mine is lightly modded lol
But then ive heard u dont really need 7's until your running nearly 400bhp.

So stay with 6's in your opinion stig?

I'm in the same boat! Wish to do engine mods to mine in the future but thinking I might as well have 7's in for the next service to pre-empt the mods. Is this advisable or not? It's a PPP widetrack
