go do some reading before you get torn to shreds on here! your turbo should be a td04 and there are quite a few options regarding turbos but its not a simple case of bolting another one on. it needs supporting mods and mapped as well. do some reading on here and learn about what mapping is etc. then post back up.

VF34 if you can find one As above you will need supporting mods ie, STI TMIC, 3 port, remap, exhaust system and up rated fuel pump to get the most out of it. Mines running 346bhp to give you an idea. Just bare in mind the stress that then gets put on the 5 speed and clutch if you've not already gone 6 speed. Also up rated brakes is a good idea if not already done

what sort of power are you aiming for? 5 speeds struggle with 350 bhp so they say. a vf 34 or 35 should blow enough for 350 and if you dont launch the car like a madman all the time it will probably be ok. lag is something to consider as you will be used to the quick spool of the td04, a 34 or 35 will prob be around 3,500 before full boost. hybrid td04,s are supposed to be good giving the the best of both worlds and not running out of puff at the top end.
