Default New turbo fitted :-)

Just following from my last thread asking for help with turbos ...

Got the car back yesterday , had a md321h fitted. Its awesome! I'm made up with it , drives great , loads of low down power and keeps pulling... I can't stop driving it I'm really happy with the car now.

My vf35 is sat in the garage if anyone is interested get in touch or text me 07842 779 007

Didnt go on a rolling road ... I was told it would be around 380. I have a 2003 blobeye sti. Full decat exhaust , cosworth filter , pump, plugs ...

Did consider headers injectors etc but didnt want to go too mad. Massive difference from before , I'd already had it mapped on the standard turbo with pump and decat downpipe with the second cat still in place ..

Yeah I'm really impressed.

Plenty of power for now, and I suppose I can always get few other bits down the line and have the map tweaked as I believe they're capable of a good bit more power.. Keep me interested ...

Bet it's nice to drive. My old sti was 330. That had decent poke. Should have put the hawk wrx injectors in. Would have cost you nothing once ya sold ya pinks. Like you say still plenty time. Av got the itch for another scooby. She will kill me though haha

Hawk wrx injectors ?

I was close to buying the extra bits and goin for it all , but I'm still on the standard clutch at the min, and in honesty te fun for me is buying the bits and fitting them , don't get me wrong I live driving it and I'm going to Spa to do a track day in October , but I know if I couldn't take it any further down the line id get bored and end up selling... Silly I know.

The plans to get my new turinis refurbed and stick them on, make it look a little better. And then once the clutch starts to give in , start getting the other bits together then have them fitted and mapped again when the clutch goes in !

Yeah the hawk blues are bigger flow than the pinks. Can't remember figures but would be a good upgrade with them selling for the same as the pinks.
