HELP !! Speedo drive nut snapped in gearbox

Was trying to remove my lower speedo cable then the plastic nut decided to snap in the gearbox have no idea what to do now help someone please

Which plastic nut? Could you get a picture of what has happened and might be able to advise a solution.
