Default nur spec R on track

Just abit of advice for you guys running the Nur Spec R exhaust that are intending to do track days, i took a drive down to bedford autodrome to have my car noise tested for a track day ive got booked there,

the results are like this

With bung fitted doing a static test at 4500 rpm was 94DB
Without Bung doing the same test 4500 Rpm came in at 109DB

This is on a car with a ppp downpipe, de cat 2nd pipe and a spec R fitted the DB limit on that track is 101 its a shame im not going to be able to hear the car screaming but the helmet absorbs most the sound anyway

What's it like day to day driving?
I am tempted by this to replace the prodrive exhaust on mine.
Had a few overly loud exhausts on other cars that make your ears bleed on long journeys.
Don't want to go back to that

Personally I hate the sound of my nur spec r with the bung fitted but is a must for track days

With out it though sounds evil mine is full system with de-cat down pipe from the turbo

Day to day without bung it's difficult to have a conversation with other people in the car lol
