Engine wobble on idle
Recently I have just put the engine back into my blob, now today was its first start up. There was a considerable and worrying wobble on idle.
Now the two engine mounts are tight first off. Visually they also look good.
It kind of behaves like a car the is struggling and running on 3 cylinders. that sort of wobble. But this does not appear to be the case, I thought the timing could be out but I popped the covers off and the markings are all correct. (as they were when I installed the new timing belt.
Any ideas?

Compression test is the first thing I am going to do tomorrow, but I assume not because it actually runs very well and it has just had a full rebuild. Including new pistons with rings gapped exactly to specification.
As thought compression is good and the sane on all 4 cylinders.
There is one possible mistake I might of made, I didn't mark which coil pack when into which cylinder. As there are no marks on the wires to tell me between 1-4 I put them back as per logical length of the wires.
But if these were wrong it just wouldn't run at all though....? Because the timing would be so wrong.
