Coolant cross over pipe

Default Coolant cross over pipe

As above What one do I need for a 97 uk turbo is it one with the rad hose and two little pipes out of it or with the single little pipe out ?

It has the top hose connection on it plus a curved metal pipe coming of the back of it for the heater hose connection and throttle body coolant supply spured off that.
Should have coolant temp sensor for the ecu and temp gauge sensor on the back of the coolant cross over pipe.
