Default Physical form of the 2ltr heads?

Hello there, i wonder if all the 2ltr heads is the same if they are all empty that is?

I mean ALL Non AVCS heads has the same physic forms just that the "interiors" in the head is the thing that makes them different?

Basicly if i can use my V3 Classic head interiors in a lets say v5 or new age non AVCS head?

Best regards

A lot of the bare head castings are the same and as you said, the valvetrain differs.
The Version 3~4 valvetrain is not interchangable with the Version 5 onwards heads as these use dual thrust camshafts, larger diameter buckets, different length valves to name just a few things differences.

Version 1~4 have Inline bolt holes for the inlet manifold, Version 5 (1999) onwards have a staggered pattern.
