I've been reading about spark plugs all morning and learned a lot, though I'm still unsure as which to get.

Looking at the data I deffo want NGK Iridium IX spark plugs but am confused by wether should go for HEAT 6 or HEAT 7.

The engine is pretty stock other than the removal of air con pump and addition of induction kit but looking at advice heat 6 (as OEM) is recommended, but not easily available!?

This makes me thing most people are running NGK Iridium IX spark plugs HEAT 7 in their standard STI.

Also the listings on ebay etc rarely mention the 300bhp sti models in 2.0l.

Basically, anyone got a 300bhp 2.0l STI (mines a 6) with NGK Iridium IX spark plugs? IF so what heat are you running please and how have your found performance etc?

Went for heat 6's after talking to a few tuning peeps, can always upgrade later.
