When i rev my scooby the rev count on the way back down sticks at 1500revs for a second then drops to 700 when iam driving and take my front of acclerater the rev drop to 700 then go up to 1200 then back to 700 and stay there on idle the revs stay at 700 when iam driving the scooby feals like it pulling on rev at low revs iv cleaned my throttle pot out and even change throttle pots and map sensor still the same any one have a clue

Iv changed airfuel sensor map sensor cleaned throttlepot tryed a maf been told to clean my oil control valves as heads are avcs got some egr valves to try and the sas pump
