Default Will ARB Cause Me Problems? (Potholes, farm tracks)

Just about To buy 22mm adjustable ARB for WRX Sportwagon hawkeye.

Problem - have to do a fair bit of driving over bad country tracks with potholes etc.

Will fitting the rear ARB increase the likelihood of me bottoming out? Will be going dead slow...... no suspension mods made other than this proposed one.

Cheers - this is probably a stupid question I am on a learning curve here

Might make it feel a bit harder over potholes.
Otherwise no probs. Leave the front alone, but look for solid droplinks all round.

Cheers for advice. Sounds like a no brained - assume I'm right in thinking no loss in ground clearance ? Just need to go extra slow on tracks and fields.

How long should drop links last on a very low mileage hawkeye sportwagon 2007?

You won't alter the ground clerarance unless you fit new springs/struts.

As for droplinks, people change them because the OE Scoob items aren't stiff enough, not because they wear out or break. The stock ones flex and allow body roll.

Thanks again all

Alcazar - so the ARB will eliminate some Roll and balance handling. But to firm it up even more then new drop links would help?

But I can hope to see big improvement without the drop links for the moment?

Spending 3k on combined 5/6 year servicr, ss exhuast, sports cat, ecutek, brake upgradeqq and ARB - so not any money lefy for droplinks at the moment

CDF are running an offer of Droplink sets for £90, it'll be worth the little bit extra.

but if you're absolutely ademant that you can't, then yes, you will see an improvement, but that could be bettered by the addition of droplinks.
