ive been finding my psp to be notchy past the last few days and i dont know why, the belt is at the right tension.

its becoming a bit dangerous as when i come out of junctions i naturally think the car will turn automaically like it used to. BUT no i have to pull the steering wheel in the right direction as i can feel it getting heavy.

any ideas before i rip the pump out and drive over it??

 

Buy a new pump

 

i had the same problem a while ago, turned out the pump was leaking, replaced it not been a problem since

 

this will be my last resort for next weekend but if its going to be a small fix i might aswell fix it for now,

any ideas how much a new pump is first hand?

 

Have you checked the level in the reservoir ?
Can you see any leaks from anywhere ?
If the levels ok, and you cant see any leaks, I would try 1 of the breakers in the classified section before buying new.

yeah levels are good and i cant see any leaks but it doesnt mean there arnt any tho lol

 

You would know if its leaking it stinks lol I got mine 2nd hand £50
