Default my 96 turbo options

as above what options do i have turbo wise on a my96 ? it has a tdo5 90 degree elbow entry on just now but i want something with a bit quicker spool. seen an andy f hybrid tdo4 and a vf 28 for good money recently would either of these be a good choice over the 05? im running 315 approx on the td05 atm but 300 bhp with quicker spool would be good. would either of those turbos need modding to fit or a straight bolt on? thanks for any help

for improved spool you'll struggle to beat the AF TD04 hybrid. Only 'issue' is restriction on overall BHP but depends what you are after. I dont think a vf28 would be much different to a TD05.
A more expensive option but with improved spool and BHP potential is to go twin scroll turbo but then your into new exhaust etc.
I'd go for the AF TD04 if money is a problem

cheers paul, im just missing instant throttle response and the hybrid 04,s run around 300 bhp from the printouts ive seen which isnt far off the power i have now with a better spool up. any idea if its straight bolt on fit? with mine having a 90 degree elbow on the td05 im not sure.
