Wouldnt buy anything without stripping it first, unless of course you have an unlimited buget.

Hi there

Depends on budget as above guys and mainly what target power/bhp you are planning

Cosworth headgasket set depends on compression ratio

ARP headstuds(11mm)

Cambelt/Timing belt kit(speak to Alyn@AS Performance)

Oil pump, depends on what cams you will be running,AVCS or non AVCS etc,but usually 10mm Oil pump is OK

Seals(you are probably mean OEM Engine Gasket kit EJ205,part number 10105AA351 there are included all seals,as above speak to Alyn@AS Performance )

Water pump is usually included in Timing belt kit

Oil filter,OE filter is best,plugs PFR7b

I have a forged CDB available.

Mahle forged pistons
ACL race bearings
Cosworth gaskets
11mm ARP bolts

Was running near 500bhp with a rotated set up.
Capable of over 600bhp, £1700.

Have you stripped it yet and checked the head and block for warpage ????
If not you won't be able to guess which thickness you need until you check and have it skimmed

Same again have you removed and checked your old ones for scuffing ,if they are oval , or just need replacing ?

Seems you either have X-ray eyes or are just taking a random guess mate

Don't take this the wrong way but to me sounds like you got two options here
1. Factor in someone who has an idea of how to build an engine to do it for ya

2 buy a complete fully rebuilt engine from someone reputable and fit it in

Guesstimating never goes well when building an engine ,as you have been told it will need stripping first and all tolerances checked to see if anything reuse able

fYI. The car we bought had a slight knock but ran fine boosted well etc etc ,thought it was gonna be a case of just new crank ,quick freshen up and rebuild ....
But once stripped it had spun a rod shell and in turn fubarrd another 2rods along with crank wiped out ......

Luckily I had bought rods anyway prior but my point is until its stripped and checked you won't have a jar of glue what to buy yet mate
