Default RCM header repair help.

I have discovered a small hole in the middle of the collector on my rcm 3 bolt headers and i cant seem to find a way to get at it to repair it,i have sprayed brake cleaner down the inside of the headers and can clearly see it coming out from the middle of the collector on the outside, but how the hell do i get at it.

They must have been welded at this point during manufacture but i cant see how to get at the middle of the collector to repair them, has anyone come across this or knows how to sort this problem cos its stumped me.

Already shown them to a welder in the fabrication shop next to sss and he says he cant do it,he welded the outsides for me but it didnt help as they are clearly leaking from the middle.

They must of been welded at some point, might need to cut them apart to weld that bit the re weld the rest back together but as above it isn't very clear, not very easy to see the gaps. Sometimes it's possible to extend the tig tip out a bit further to get into tight corners but don't that would work.
Short of welding it I know it's a bodge but maybe use some exhaust paste.
