ok got a strange one here, on the mrs blobeye yes it's the mrs anyway only done a few as could not be assed and with the crap weather bla bla, so replaced the ones marked in the circles, and she took it out and when on boost now a very lous noise from the car and no boost, only does it under load and not when you rev stationary, not had a look at it yet tbh just thought i would see if anyone had any ideas, normally i would say check all vac lines/boost lines etc, so replaced the one on the right,header tank to turbo and some breather lines thats it

it will be the top right corner pipethat goes to the brake servo there is a one way valve that goes in the pipe which you have to put in out of old pipe

 

the 1 on the right is the vacuum for the brake servo, have you checked the recirc valve?

 

aha yeah i just pulled that one off and fred in the box with the other pipes, so theres a valve in that one that needs to be removed and placed in the new hose yeah

 

not sure what you removed but you still have the restrictor pill in dont you?

 

yeah tommy all the boost lines were done ages ago and the restrictor pill is in place in the new pipe, and car has always driven spot on apart from when the hoses in the red circles were replaced with her new pink ones, so the only hoses replaced were the
servo one to the right
header tank to turbo
and breathers that attach to the metal pipes on front of i/c as stated

 

have you checked the actuator arm is still attached to the turbo, the c clip comes off sometimes.

 

no not had a proper look as of the snow here was just trying to get a few ideas before i hit it in the morning really but the valvein the sevo hose seems lie t deff needs looked at, as it's not in the new one, unsure how thats affect boost though

 

it will be the valve missing in the servo pipe m8 i did the same thing when i changed my pipes
