Default Low Boost...Any Ideas?

Hi guys went out in the car today and noticed i was only boosting to around 12 psi(normally 16psi). Also at top boost the power just cut out completely(felt like a big miss). It is a wrx 2003 with ppp and HKS SSQV Dump Valve. No obvious signs of boost leak but need to get in and have a good look, just thought someone may be able to point me in the right direction..

Cheers, craig..

Yeah I swapped plugs put new ones in gapped at 0.7 and it was pants , stuck old ones in gapped at 0.65 and it was fine
You shouldn't have to do this but I'd try it
It could be a number of things. , vac / boost / turbo inlet leak ( especially around turbo inlet), fuel , fuel pressure ( pump )
Coils , it sounds like its pulling back for some reason
