Hi all,
My KS3 only displays a line of blocks across the screen now & no numbers. All connections are OK & Iv disconnected it several times to try to reset it. I'm guessing it's knackered but any advice appreciated.

Mine stopped 'listening' the other day. I could scroll through the menu etc but it didn't detect noise! I pulled then replaced the power plug and it started working ok again.
Although yours sounds a bit more terminal it's worth talking to Phormula.

Thanks guys, looks like it's knackered, I'll see if they will replace it as Iv only had it 6 months.

 

If they dont replace or repair let me know. I have a genius electrician local

 

Just thought I'd update this. Spoke to Aztec who supplied it on the 3rd & they were very helpful, gave me an adress to send it to & contacted Phormula to let them know about it. Both companies e-mailed me to let me know the unit was faulty & today I recieved a brand new boxed KS3. Great customer services from both companies, very pleased with the outcome.

 

Mine has this same problem but I can't get hold of Phormula at all...

 

I think it's a one man band outfit so may be busy or away. Keep trying or contact your supplier, they were really good at sorting the issue for me.

Did you buy direct from Phormula or through a distributor like Aztec?
